2 Corinthians 13:14 “May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God and the sweet fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with us, now and forevermore, Amen”
This article will be based on 2 Corinthians 13:14 in the bible. We will be talking about the grace of God, what releases it, and how to access it
What is Grace?
According to Strong’s Greek 2587 & 5485, Grace is gotten from the Hebrew word, Chanan or from the Greek word, Charis, which means the state of favor or kindness towards someone with focus on blessings given to the object.
So, the grace of God is God’s unmerited favor towards us. His grace towrds us in unmeasurable and it can never run out. It loads us daily with benefits, (Psalm 68:19) providing for our needs, protecting us, guiding us, answering all our prayers and so much more.

The Grace Of God Comes From The Love Of God
The bible says that, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16

When Jesus Christ died for our sins, he brought grace to the world for our redemption and the reason why he died in the first place is because he loved us so much
So, grace was made available to us as a result of the love that God has for us.
God loves us so much, he wants the best for us, he doesn’t want us to perish in our sin but he wants us to prosper and excel in everything we do. So out of his immerse love for us, he made grace available to us because the grace of God envelopes all these blessings/benefits.
You Can Continuously Access The Grace of God By Having Fellowship With the Holy Spirit
I believe that you can ensure a continuous experience of the grace of God by being in constant communication with the Holy Spirit.
When Jesus Christ was about to die, he explained to his disciples that if he doesn’t die, resurrect and ascend back to heaven the Holy Spirit will not come. He then described the Holy Spirit as our comforter.
Having fellowship/communication with the Holy Spirit entails studying the bible, meditating on the word of God, practising the word of God and praying daily. When we do this every day, we will start growing in the knowledge of Christ.
We will get to learn about qualities like faith, which means believing in the promises of God even when we have not yet seen the manifestation. So, when we pray for something like healing which is one of the benefits given to us by the grace of God, we have to believe that by the stripes of Jesus Christ, we are healed even when we still feel ill.
During fellowship with the Holy Spirit, we will also learn about thanksgiving. We will learn that the best way to approach God in prayers is by giving thanks to God first (Psalm 100:4), so, when we approach God to ask for his blessings (grace of God), we will know that the best way to do it is by thanking God for what he has already done for us.

There are so many things we will learn when we fellowship with the Holy Spirit daily. There are even things God will teach us that aren’t in the bible just by fellowshipping with him
Now, don’t get it twisted, the Holy Spirit is also God. He is part of the Holy Trinity- God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. So, don’t think we are talking about another person different from God when we are talking about the Holy Spirit.
